Heini Lehtinen is a creative director and writer specializing in questions of social sustainability from design perspective. She approaches social issues and human well-being through mind-body-space axis, aesthetics, architecture, psychology, and neuroscience. She is a co-editor of a book ‘Studio Time – Future Thinking in Art and Design’ (Black Dog Publishing 2018, produced by Z33 Research), a co-founder of Fictional Journal, an online platform for design in cultural-societal context, and a co-curator of 'Enter and Encounter,' an exhibition about future-oriented contemporary design at the Design Museum in Helsinki, Finland. Lehtinen holds a research-based Master of Design degree in Social Design at Design Academy Eindhoven in the Netherlands. She is currently based in Brussels, Belgium.
